Calmness descends like a gentle night
Softly wrapping my soul in peaceful light
The world outside fades, its noise and strife
As l breathein calm, and let go of life
In this quiet space, I find my reprieve
A sense of stillness, where my heart can breathe
The calmness seeps deep, into my bones and mind
And I am soothed, leaving worries behind
